News Production Samples

As a Multimedia Journalist, I have been responsible for my own writing, shooting, and editing, oftentimes from a laptop in the back of a vehicle. This is all while taking on my other responsibilities as an On-Camera Reporter. Here are a few samples of stories I covered in the Central Virginia region.

Creative Video Sample

When working in news, I usually only have an hour or two to shoot and edit my videos. However, outside of work, I love to take a bit more time to get creative. My husband and I create (somewhat ridiculous) lip sync videos whenever we travel. Here is one that we recently published, which we had a lot of fun putting together. Of course, everything is shot and edited by us.
